Jan's Disco Bootcamp is perfect for people new to exercise or for people looking to regain lost fitness as well as experienced fitness fanatics. Classes are structured so that you can work at your own level with focus on correct form and technique for all the major bodyweight exercises. You will learn how to box, perform exercises using functional gym equipment (slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells etc) and become super competent at each of the basic free weight exercises.
