Many people join the gym with good intentions only to find they end up not using their expensive membership because they don't enjoy actually being at the gym.
Feeling unsure about equipment, intimidated by other gym users, lonely, bored, unmotivated and constantly indoors a large percentage of gym members quit when working alone.
Alternatively people just find that they struggle to find time. A heavy work schedule or childcare commitments mean limited time to commute to and from the gym.
The home gym option provides a solution and allows you to feel comfortable, working out conveniently in your own space.
As a personal trainer I cover the Kirklees area including Huddersfield, Holmfirth, Greenfield, Meltham and Halifax.
I offer a surprising range of exercise options with a wealth of portable functional fitness and cardio training equipment. I focus on body weight training, high intensity interval training, resistance training and functional fitness in order to burn fat, develop and tone muscle and improve cardiovascular fitness levels in line with your personal goals. My aim is provide an efficient, effective and most importantly ENJOYABLE workout, to challenge and motivate, and to create a happy, healthy client.
The programmes I design are client-led and based upon your fitness goals. They are design to work all muscle groups evenly to create a balanced, toned, posturally correct physique. Within the programme design the following exercise options are available. This list is by no means fully comprehensive. I am always adding new equipment to keep my client's workouts varied, fun and motivating.
