Online training may not be something you have considered before, but in our current situation, online skype personal training could be your answer to staying healthy, both mentally and physically. All you need is a Skype account, which you can set up for free, and a webcam, which can be your phone or laptop. If you have your own equipment, such as weights, kettle bells or a suspension trainer, this is great and I can work with those. Identically I can put you through and excellent body weight workout, to tone muscles and improve your fitness, with absolutely no equipment.
