Welcome to my website, my name is Janet and I'm a super friendly, approachable and most importantly highly affordable personal trainer.

I offer personal training services, home gym, weight management, group training and fitness improvement across Kirklees, covering Huddersfield, Holmfirth, Greenfield, Halifax, Meltham and surrounding areas.

It's my mission to provide fun, effective workouts for all. Being healthy and happy should be affordable, easy and accessible to everyone which is why I provide a variety of flexible fitness options.

I believe passionately that working out should be fun and rewarding. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and seeing the improvements in their health, self confidence, well being and happiness. Please note that I am a qualified menopause exercise and training specialist. I am committed to helping peri-menopausal and menopausal women experience a more positive menopause through correct nutrition and training.

I have experience in resistance training using bodyweight, free weights and resistance machines, long distance running, cycling, triathlon and obstacle course racing as well as 8 years martial arts experience. I love to set myself goals and smash them.

Below are my current qualifications but as a personal trainer I am always studying and increasing my knowledge in order to improve the enjoyment, efficiency and motivation qualities of my programmes.
