Online Skype Training Options
With gyms and fitness classes currently closed, due to lockdown,
online skype personal training could be your answer to staying healthy, both mentally and physically.
All you need is a Skype account, which you can set up for free, and a webcam, which can be your phone or laptop.
If you have your own equipment, such as weights, kettle bells or a suspension trainer, this is great and I can work
with those. Identically I can put you through and excellent body weight workout, to tone muscles and improve your fitness,
with absolutely no equipment.
Group Skype Training
Train from the comfort of your own home, stay fit and healthy, meet, workout and laugh with family and friends

Outdoor Personal Training
Once lockdown is lifted meeting face to face with a personal trainer will again be possible but there is no doubt
that social distancing will still have to be observed. A great way to provide enough space between client and trainer
is to work outdoors. The plus side of this is that working outside has been scientifically proven to improve our mental health even

Private Gym Training
It is looking likely that even when lockdown is lifted, most gyms and fitness classes will have to remain closed for the foreseeable future due to issues
with social distancing. In this instance I can offer training in a private, well equipped, gym where distancing rules can be observed, along with correct
