Hello there, I'm Jan your local personal trainer.

A huge welcome to you, and thanks so much for visiting my website. I'm thinking that maybe you are here because you are looking to make some improvements to your life, perhaps to boost your fitness levels, increase your strength, shed a few pounds, gain some muscle or make some changes to the way you are eating. The good news is, you've landed in exactly the right place!

My focus is always to help my clients not only gain the physical rewards of great nutrition and enjoyable movement but also the mental benefits, the boost in self-confidence, self-esteem and self-efficacy. I will help you to create improvements in each of the key areas of your life, nutrition, activity, stress levels and sleep by helping you to adopt healthy habits and find physical activities that you really enjoy.

I have tried my very best to create training options (below) that will allow you to be able to maintain your physical and mental well-being.

Indoor fitness bootcamp based in Upperthong, Holmfirth and Holmbridge, Holmfirth. An explosive, effective, enjoyable mix of bodyweight training, HIIT, functional exercises and boxing. I guarantee the absolute best in banging club tunes from across the decades, disco lighting and a fantastic, supportive group of bootcampers. It's a night out and a workout!!

Love being outside? Good news, you can train with me outdoors. I can provide personal training sessions at suitable outdoor location of your choice. YAAAAYYY!!! Equipment free, bodyweight training options are available or you can use sanitised, provided equipment.

Jan's Disco Bootcamp

If you are looking to get fit, fast, while working out with a supportive, friendly community of people then why not try my evening bootcamp. Available Tuesday and Wednesday at Upperthong Village Hall, Upperthong, Holmfirth. A fantastic indoor venues, great tunes and disco lighting...no more worrying about the weather!! Work at your level with a fun but challenging range of exercises and boxing drills.

Peri-Menopause and Menopause

I am qualified to train clients through peri-menopause and menopause. I help women achieve a more positive menopause experience through correct training and nutrition. I promote the maintenance of muscle mass, strength and osteoporosis prevention as well as emphasising the importance of relaxation, rest, sleep and good nutrition.

Boxercise Holmbridge

Are you looking for a fun, energetic, engaging and empowering way to get fit? My Boxercise class could be a great option for you. Build muscle, strengthen bone, release stress and just have a laugh. Whatever your experience level this class is suitable for all. Situated indoor at Holmbridge with plenty of parking. Thursday nights at 6pm.

Nutritional Coaching

Good nutrition is the cornerstone of peak conditioning and healthy weight management. As part of all 1 to 1 personal training I offer nutritional guidance to all you to focus on improving your nutrition.
